About Me

Welcome!

I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Christina Clampett and I'm a Licensed Therapist.

I specialize in supporting women who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relational issues, and low self-esteem. If this is you, please know that you’re not alone and that there is a way out. There is a way for you to experience joy, inner peace, and a deep sense of connection to yourself and others. I have had the great privilege of walking alongside clients as they learn how to transform harmful thought patterns and begin to truly love and care for themselves.

My Therapy Approach

While I tailor my approach and style to the specific needs of each client, my general theoretical orientation is a solution-focused, cognitive approach coupled with integrative mind-body techniques. Research has demonstrated the inextricable connection between the mind and body, and I’ve found that addressing the individual holistically can bring about more complete and rapid changes.

I look forward to the honor of partnering with you on your journey!
